SC Freiburg has released detailed information for supporters travelling to the away match against Eintracht Frankfurt. The guidelines cover permitted fan items, security measures, and essential travel logistics for the trip to Deutsche Bank Park.

The club has authorised travelling fans to bring six megaphones, including spare batteries. Supporters may also bring up to 20 large swing flags with telescopic poles, small flags with poles no longer than two metres, and five drums that are open at the bottom. Double holders for flags are permitted under the same length restriction. For any planned choreographies or large banners, materials must comply with strict fire safety standards DIN EN13501 and DIN 4102. Materials treated only with fire-retardant spray are not allowed. Registration for such displays must be sent in advance to fanbetreuung@scfreiburg.com.

Pyrotechnic items of any kind are strictly forbidden in the away section. The same ban applies to belts with metal buckles, clothing suitable for concealment, and items displaying unconstitutional symbols or the acronym "A.C.A.B." The latter constitutes an administrative offence in Frankfurt and can lead to police prosecution. Bags and backpacks larger than A4 size are not allowed. Objects categorised as passive protective gear, such as helmets or safety glasses, are also prohibited. Power banks must not exceed dimensions of 15x8x2 centimetres, and umbrellas with sticks must be left outside. A limited number of lockers are available at entrances, operable with a two-euro coin.

How to get to Deutsche Bank Park

The stadium address is Mörfelder Landstraße 362, 60528 Frankfurt am Main. Fans arriving by car should take the A3 motorway, exit at Frankfurt-Süd, and then follow the B44 towards Frankfurt city centre/stadium. The use of the 'Waldparkplatz' is explicitly recommended. However, this car park and the Isenburgschneise parking area are accessible only via pre-booking through Eintracht Frankfurt's website. The parking fee is nine euros, and lots open three hours before kick-off. Away supporter buses park at P9, with a fee of 25 euros payable in cash only. The stadium is located within an environmental zone, requiring a green emissions sticker for access.

From Frankfurt's main station, the stadium can be reached via S-Bahn lines S7, S8, and S9. It is an approximately 800-metre walk from the 'Stadion' stop. No dedicated shuttle service operates between the station and the arena.

Accessibility information and stadium services

Information for disabled guests is available on the Bundesliga website. Visually impaired visitors can use the audio description service, which requires prior contact with fan support. Eintracht Frankfurt's accessibility team, identifiable by white vests, will be stationed before Block 24.

The clash in Frankfurt is the next challenge for an SC Freiburg side enjoying a strong start to the season. Under Christian Streich, the team sits third in the Bundesliga with ten points from four games, just two points behind leaders Borussia Dortmund. The last meeting between the sides ended in a 2-2 draw on September 19th, with goals from Derry Lionel Scherhant and Yuito Suzuki for Freiburg. The team's next fixture is a home match against FC Schalke 04 on October 10th.
